Troubleshooting

What a message means and how to fix it, from wallet connection to failed trades.

Find the message you see. When a transaction fails, nothing is spent except, sometimes, the network fee.

Connecting

You see	What to do
No wallet found in this browser	Install a wallet (MyDoge, MetaMask, Rabby), use WalletConnect, or open doggie.fun in your wallet app's browser.
Cancelled in the wallet.	You (or the wallet) said no. Try again and approve.
Could not connect. Unlock the wallet and try again.	Open your wallet, unlock it, and connect again.
wrong network · switch	Click it and approve the switch to DogeOS in your wallet.
WalletConnect didn't start. Try again.	Close the window and try again. Check that your phone is online.

You see	What to do
Not enough DOGE	Lower the amount. Remember the network fee. On the testnet, get test DOGE.
Not enough + the coin's symbol	You're selling more than you hold. Tap 100% to sell everything.
Can't quote this amount	The amount is too small or too big for the curve. Try another amount.
Slippage	The price moved more than your slippage before your trade landed. Try again, or raise slippage to 3% on a busy coin.
Expired	The trade waited too long (more than 5 minutes) to be confirmed. Send it again.
Not Trading	The coin isn't on the curve any more: it sold out or graduated. Reload the page.
Buy Paused or Buys paused · pool opening	Buys are paused for a moment (usually while a pool opens). Sells still work.
Insufficient Gas	Your wallet set the network fee limit too low for a buy that graduates a coin. Let the wallet estimate the fee, or raise the gas limit.
A message about EIP-7702 or gas sponsorship	Your wallet tried a "smart transaction" feature DogeOS doesn't support. Turn off smart transactions or gas sponsorship in the wallet's settings.

A field marked required, too long or not a web address	Fix the field marked in red. Name up to 31 characters, symbol up to 16.
image over 2 MB	Use a smaller image. Square PNGs and JPGs work best.
Tick the box above to launch.	Tick the "I get it" box above the button.
Not enough DOGE for this launch	Lower your first buy, or get more DOGE.
Create Paused	New launches are paused for a moment. Try again later.
Insufficient Creation Fee	The creation fee changed while you were filling in the form. Reload and launch again.

You see	What to do
Nothing to claim yet	No fees are waiting. They show up after your coin trades.
Only Creator Fee Recipient	Only the coin's current fee recipient can change it. Connect that wallet.

You see	What to do
The doggie.fun indexer is not reachable…	Lists and charts are paused for a moment. Trading still works from a coin's page.
This coin was not launched on doggie.fun	Check the address. A brand new coin may take a few seconds to appear.
Your browser blocked the sign-in window	Allow pop-ups for doggie.fun and try again.
