Graduation

A coin graduates when its curve has sold all 800M tokens, which happens when 200 DOGE has gone in. At that moment it leaves the curve and gets its own trading pool.

1. The last buy. Someone's buy takes the last tokens on the curve. They pay only for what was left; the rest of their DOGE comes back in the same transaction. Their button said Buy & graduate.
2. The pool opens. In that same transaction, the 200 DOGE from the curve and the 200M tokens kept aside go into a new Uniswap v4 pool on DogeOS. The pool opens at the curve's last price, 0.000001 DOGE.
3. The liquidity is locked. The pool's liquidity belongs to a locker contract that has no way to take it out. Not the creator, not doggie.fun, not anyone.
4. Trading continues. The coin page now says graduated, and trades go through the pool with the same fees.

The classic meme coin scam is the rug pull: the creator removes the coin's liquidity and holders are left with tokens nobody can buy. On doggie.fun that can't happen: there is no liquidity to remove on the curve (the contract holds it), and after graduation the pool's liquidity can never be withdrawn.

Normally graduation takes one transaction and you'll never see this state. If opening the pool is delayed, the coin shows the curve sold out with three steps:

• Curve sold out, then Creating pool, locking liquidity, then Trading resumes in the pool.
• Buys pause (Buys paused · pool opening). Sells into the curve still work.
• If it stays stuck, anyone can press Open pool to finish it. It costs only the network fee.
